Took my boys for a joint appointment, and was so relieved when they both got good reports. The drop off was simple, they were done quickly, and they both smelled so good and were so cute!

I'm always worried about my Shih Tzu's temperament (he's been smacked and traumatized by a previous groomer), and my Pom's undercoat being cut too short, but neither were an issue. I'm very glad to have found Furry Critters! Will be returning!

We have been using Furry Critters several times now and really recommend their service. Our German Shephard emerges perfectly groomed every time. We love the products being used which are not harmful to our dog and she comes out smelling so good!! We live a very active life style and our companion is at our side for almost all of it. Needless to say, she gets dirty. We really like the care they put into their visit, be it for a simple bath, or overall grooming. We highly recommend and we will continue to using this service.

Wonderful experience for our Australian Shepherd, Jake. They did an Amazing job on our matted wooly mammoth. We dropped him off and picked him back up an hour and half later, perfectly groomed, incredibly soft and clean. I HIGHLY recommend Furry Critters Grooming Salon and look forward to our next visit. Shaun did an Excellent job! She made the whole experience for Buddy and me so smooth, from beginning to end. Shaun accommodated an appointment for us with very short notice.

I could tell from the moment I picked up Buddy that he was refreshed and happy. We're so happy with Buddy's new look. Thank you Shaun!!! We will definitely be back!

Furry Critters did an excellent job grooming my doodle! I dropped him off matted from swimming and picked him up fresh, clean and trimmed exactly how I asked. Highly recommend Furry Critters!!

I have to admit, when my wife told me we would be taking our fur babies to a new place I was a little skeptical. I went on Yelp to find no reviews! Nevertheless, I'm glad she chose furry critters! My babies came back cute as ever! She was able to keep their pup personalities with their haircuts. She had both my fur babies done in three hours! The owner was nice, courteous and professional! Oh and the best part, they were so happy! We will def be back! Thank you furry critters!

I have heard horrible things about what happens to dogs at grooming facilities and places seem to book more than what they can handle and keep dogs trapped in kennels the majority of the time. When I called Furry Critters I instantly loved what I heard. I was told the operation was at a condo residence and they see dogs on a one by one basis, they are not kept in a kennel the majority of the day, and no cage drying either. It is for sure an in and out service. You get there, the business owner comes out and greets you and your dog. Very sweet and great with communication. She tells you a specific time to come back and you come back with a happy pup that smells really good and looks great! She did a great haircut on my dog and I am so pleased with her services. I highly recommend Furry Critters.

If you are looking for a groomer, look no further! Shaun is literally a godsend. I started looking for another groomer because the place I had been taking our pup to was way too expensive and it took too long to get an appointment. Shaun is very experienced and knew off top what our pup needed. Drop-off is very easy and she gets right to work. When we pick Chewie up, he is soooo happy because he knows he smells and looks good. The awesome part of all of her services is that she identifies what kind of products to use based off of what she sees. Chewie has dry and sensitive skin so she used special products to wash and moisturize his hair and skin. She also sends me a text message every 4 weeks to follow up for Chewie's next grooming session, so I don't have to remember LOL! She's amazing and my pup is very comfortable with her. Her work speaks for itself.

Best groomer in the desert! Shaun is amazing with a heart of gold. I have 3 fur babies and they always look and smell amazing when they come home. I have a fear-aggressive dog and she is extra patient and gentle with him. She's flexible, reliable and reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been using Shaun for the past 6 months ever since I moved to the desert. She does an amazing job with my two Shih Tzu fur babies, Leo & Bowie. I love how convienent it is to drop them off at her condo and I am always able to get in when I want. Shaun does a great job bathing and grooming them and even adds on cute bandannas and bow ties to make my boys look extra adorable when I pick them up.

I dropped my puppy off and I picked her up and my puppy was super cute. I love that they don't need to kennel any of the dogs since they take them one at a time, and their work is really good. Amazing communication and my puppy was done in just 2 hours.
I will be going back and telling all of my friends about it.
